This 3 hour consultation is perfect for busy people who have lots of questions. In just half a day, we can completely freshen up a room by helping you with room configuration/use, accessory styling, color choices, and so much more. Love the home you have and give it new life without breaking the bank.
2 Hour Occupied Staging Consultation
Want to hit the basics and learn the key areas for staging? Our 2-Hour Consultation is for you! During this time we walk through the home discussing furniture placement, accessories, paint choices, repairs, and more! You are left with a clear picture of what needs to happen to get your home ‘show ready’. We leave you a complete checklist of everything we discussed so you know exactly what the next step is – no extra staging report fee!
After our initial 2 Hour Consultation, if you would like us to handle the tasks we discussed, we will take it from there! Items may include (but are not limited to) furniture placement, accessory styling, and wall art hanging. We do not paint, clean, organize, or repair. Prior to us arriving, please have storage items (as discussed in the 2 hour consultation) removed.
